A dosa made with a combination of various flours and served with a refreshing coriander chutney make a complete meal option, easy to be carried by all.
In a bowl, add 1 tsp wheat flour, 1 tsp jowar flour, 1 tsp bajra flour, 1 tsp ragi flour, 2 tsp black urad dal flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp curd and a little water.
Mix all the ingredients well to get a desired consistency batter.
Pour 1 ladle of batter in a heated pan and spread it.
Roast the dosa with 1/2 tsp ghee, flip and allow to cook on both sides until well done.
Serve with mint coriander chutney.
