- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tsp wheat flour, 1 tsp jowar flour, 1 tsp bajra flour, 1 tsp ragi flour, 2 tsp powdered urad dal, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and a little water.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well to get the desired consistency of batter.
- Step 3
Pour 1 ladle of batter into a heated pan and spread it.
- Step 4
Roast the dosa with 1 tsp ghee, flip and allow to cook on both sides until well done.
- Step 5
Serve with mint coriander chutney.
