Multigrain Dosa with Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

A dosa made with a combination of various flours and served with a refreshing coriander chutney make a complete meal option, easy to be carried by all.

1/8 Cup(4.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Cup(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/8 Tsp(0.45 ml) Lemon Juice

As Required(3.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 1 tsp wheat flour, 1 tsp jowar flour, 1 tsp bajra flour, 1 tsp ragi flour, 2 tsp black urad dal flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp curd and a little water.

  • Mix all the ingredients well to get a desired consistency batter.

  • Pour 1 ladle of batter in a heated pan and spread it.

  • Roast the dosa with 1/2 tsp ghee, flip and allow to cook on both sides until well done.

  • Serve with mint coriander chutney.
