In a heated pan, add 1 tsp butter.
Place a slice of bread in the pan and toast.
Flip and add 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano and 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.
Cover and allow the cheese to melt slightly.
Serve a cheesy toast.
