1/4 Boiled Diced Cup(17.0 gm) Sweet Potato

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli

1 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Violet Cabbage

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Quinoa

2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats

2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Chana Dal

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, boiled chana dal, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tbsp suji, boiled quinoa and Mix well.
Shape into cutlets and coat it in 2 tbsp oats.
Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
