Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 urad dal, kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 4 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until cooked
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala and salt for taste
- Step 4
Add multigrain bread squares and mix everything together.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp grated coconut.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
