A flat Indian bread made by kneading a soft dough of mix flours and roasting it with help of water on a griddle to cook completely.
In a bowl, add 1/2 bowl multigrain flour and 20 ml water.
Knead a soft dough and pat evenly on the dough to give it an even shape.
Heat a griddle and place the bhakri on it.
Apply water on the bhakri, allow it to cook and flip to cook on both sides until completely done.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
