Multigrain Bhakri Without Oil Recipe

A flat Indian bread made by kneading a soft dough of mix flours and roasting it with help of water on a griddle to cook completely.

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Bajra Flour
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Ragi Flour
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Jowar Flour
As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 bowl multigrain flour and 20 ml water.

  • Knead a soft dough and pat evenly on the dough to give it an even shape.

  • Heat a griddle and place the bhakri on it.

  • Apply water on the bhakri, allow it to cook and flip to cook on both sides until completely done.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
