- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp bajra flour,1.5 tbsp ragi flour,1.5 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp rice flour and mix well
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3 Pour in some water and knead it to a tight dough
- Step 4 Roll it to a ball, dust it with flour and pat it evenly to a round shape
- Step 5 Heat a griddle, place the bhakri on it and apply a little water on the top
- Step 6 Cook on one side, flip and cook another side
- Step 7 Serve hot with sabzi
