1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Drumstick Leaves Powder
2 Cube(20.0 gm) Ice Cube
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1.5 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
4 Tbsp(60.0 gm) Sattu Flour
  • In a mixing bowl add 4 tbsp sattu flour, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp jeera powder,1 tsp drumstick leaves powder, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, water as required and mix it well.

  • In a glass add 2 ice cubes and pour sattu drink.

  • Serve chilled.
