Steps
- Step 1 Chop 10 gm drumstick leaves
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour,1/4 cup ragi flour, and chopped drumstick leaves,1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3 Pour in a little water and knead it into a soft dough
- Step 4 Roll it into a ball form, and coat it very lightly with flour
- Step 5 Flatten and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin
- Step 6 Apply 1/2 tsp ghee using a brush and sprinkle some flour on top of the flattened dough
- Step 7 Cut the flattened dough in half and fold them
- Step 8 Again apply 1/2 tsp ghee using a brush and sprinkle some flour
- Step 9 Roll 1 half of the flattened dough and place it on another half and roll together
- Step 10 Coat very lightly with refined flour
- Step 11 Then flatten and make it a circular roti shape using a rolling pin
- Step 12 Heat a nonstick tawa on a low flame and roast the roti on it with 1/2 tsp ghee
- Step 13 Serve hot
