Green Gram Dal Ladoo With Sugar Recipe

Moongdal ladoos are a great zIndian sweet to be enjoyed at anytime. Moongdal is a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibre. It contains folic acid, magnesium, copper, potassium and various B vitamins.

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Moong Dal
3 Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi Powder
1.5 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
  • Dry roast 1/4th cup moong dal in a pan.

  • Roast it well and blend it into a powder

  • In a kadai, heat 1.5 tbsp ghee

  • Roast it well and take it out in a bowl

  • Add 1/4th tsp green elaichi, 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • Mix it well.

  • Make ladoos and serve it in a plate.
