2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
2.0 Tsp(9.0 gm) Moong Dal
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
Prepreparation
Soak and grind rice and urad dal. Mix and ferment it overnight
In the batter, add 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt and mix it well
Grease the idli mould with 1/2 tsp oil
Add the batter into the greased moulds
Cover and steam the idli till it is cooked
