- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and 7 kadi patta.
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute for a minute. Season with 1/4 tsp haldi.1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Next, add 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix again.
- Step 4 Add the cooked moong and saute.
- Step 5 Pour a little water for the gravy.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 tsp salt for taste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 8 Serve with hot chapati.
