1/8 Cup(28.0 gm) Whole Moong
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/8 Tsp(0.23 gm) Chaat Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • Boil 1/8th cup whole moong.

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup boiled moong, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
