- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add boiled moong, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and mix well
- Step 2 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chaat masala and 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Serve fresh.
