Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole moong flour, 1.5 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp hing,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.
- Step 4
Roll the dough into a thin round shaped roti.
- Step 5
Heat the pan and roast the khakhra with 1/2 tsp ghee on low heat.
- Step 6
Serve it hot.
