Moong Khakra Recipe

2.0 Flour Tbsp(21.0 gm) Whole Moong
2.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole moong flour, 1.5 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp oil and water.

  • Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.

  • Roll the dough into round shape.

  • Heat the pan and roast the khakhra with 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Serve it hot.
