Homemade crispy Gujarati crunchy snack that can be eaten alone as well as pairs beautifully with everything. Breakfast, evening snack or tiffin snack, you can never go wrong with this snack. Including protein filled snacks manages hunger, improves ability to concentrate, repair tissue and build muscle.
In a bowl add 2 tbsp green moong flour,1 tbsp wheat flour,1/4th tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/8 tsp hing,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1 tsp oil and water.
Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into round shape.
Heat the pan and roast the khakra.
Serve it hot.
