Crispy homemade Gujarati protein rich, crunchy snack that goes well with everything and can be eaten alone. This snack is perfect for breakfast, an evening snack, or a tiffin snack. Including protein-rich snacks helps to control hunger.
In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole moong flour, 1.5 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp oil and water.
Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into round shape.
Heat the pan and roast the khakhra with 1/2 tsp ghee.
Serve it hot.
