- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add blanched whole moong sprouts, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina,2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp chaat masala and mix it well.
- Step 2 For the crunch add 2 tbsp moong jor in the end and toss it well.
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped raw mango.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate.
- Step 5 Serve immediately.
