- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp ghee in a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 6 cloves, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 5 kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/2 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3 Add the cooked dal and mix well.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander and mix well.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist with a lemon slice
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati or rice.
