Steps
- Step 1
First soak 2 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp moong dal for 2 hours in required water and grind till smooth. Ferment overnight.
- Step 2
Blanch and puree 2 tbsp chopped palak.
- Step 3
In the batter, add spinach puree, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Grease the idli mould with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Pour batter into the greased moulds.
- Step 7
Cover and steam the idli till it is cooked.
- Step 8
Serve.
