Moongdal ladoos are a great zIndian sweet to be enjoyed at anytime. Moongdal is a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibre. It contains folic acid, magnesium, copper, potassium and various B vitamins.

Dry roast 1/4th cup moong dal in a pan.
Roast it well and blend it into a powder
In a kadai, heat 1.5 tbsp ghee
Roast it well and take it out in a bowl
Add 1/4th tsp green elaichi, 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Mix it well.
Make ladoos and serve it in a plate.
