- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, add 2 black peppercorns, 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 3 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp moong dal that has been soaked, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Once the dal is cooked grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 4 Now pour this mixture in another pan, add 1/8 cup lactosefree milk, 1 tbsp crushed peanuts, water as required,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped pudina, mix, and cook it well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
