1/8 Cup(17.0 gm) Moong Dal
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
3 Chopped Tbsp(38.0 gm) Tomato
1/8 Cup(28.0 ml) Lactose Free Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, 2 black pepper, 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute it well.

  • Add 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 3 tbsp chopped tomato,soaked moong dal, water as required, mix and cook it well.

  • Grind it in a smooth paste.

  • Pour Mixture in a kadhai, add into the 1/8 cup lactosefree milk, crushed peanuts water as required,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped [udina mix, and cook it nicely.

  • Serve hot.
