Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp nestle Nestlé A+ Milkmaid ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- Step 2
Add coarsely ground moong dal and cook.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and cook.
- Step 4
Cook on slow flame till golden brown.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and simmer till it is dry.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup Nestle Nestlé A+ Milkmaid and simmer.
- Step 7
Add 1 tbsp raisins and cook for a minute.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almonds,1 tsp chopped pista and serve hot.
