PrePreparation
- Step 1 Wash and soak 1.5 tbsp moong dal for few hours. Drain the excess water.
- Step 2 In a grinder, add soaked moong dal, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and grind to a smooth batter.

Preparation
- Step 1 Take batter and add 2 tbsp grated carrot, and 2 tbsp chopped cabbage and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Heat a nonstick tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread the batter.
- Step 4 Add 1.5 tsp oil from the sides of the dosa, flip, and roast well from both sides.
- Step 5 Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
