Wash and Soak 2 tbsp Moong Dal for few hours.
Rinse and wash the dal and Add 1 tsp Rice Flour, Add 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, Add 1/4th tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/4th tsp Chopped Ginger, 1/4th tsp Salt, to it. Mix Well and Grind this mixture till Smooth.
Now heat a nonstick flat bottom Tawa on low to medium heat.
Pour and Spread the batter with the help of a deep ladle.
Add 2 tsp Oil from sides of dosa, flip and roast well from both sides.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
