Steps
- Step 1 Wash and Soak 2 tbsp Moong Dal for few hours
- Step 2 Rinse and wash the dal and Add 1 tsp Rice Flour, Add 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, Add 1/4th tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/4th tsp Chopped Ginger, 1/4th tsp Salt, to it
- Step 3 Mix Well and Grind this mixture till Smooth
- Step 4 Now heat a nonstick flat bottom Tawa on low to medium heat
- Step 5 Pour and Spread the batter with the help of a deep ladle
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp Oil from sides of dosa, flip and roast well from both sides
- Step 7 Serve hot with your favorite chutney
