- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves and 3 black pepper corns
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp coriander powder, little water and mix well.
- Step 3 Let it simmer, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and tomato chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 4 Add boiled moong dal, 1/8 tsp salt and little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 5 Let it simmer for a few minutes
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot.
