Moong Dal Cabbage Burger Recipe

2 Slice(12.0 gm) Capsicum
2 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Moong Dal
2 Grated Tbsp(17.0 gm) Violet Cabbage
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
2 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
66 Gm(66.0 gm) Burger Bun
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp sweet potato, 2 tbsp moong dal, 2 tbsp grated cabbage, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.

  • Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.

  • Apply 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each half, put 2 slices of tomato, 2 capsicum slice, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.

  • Cover the bun and serve.
