3.0 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Moong Dal
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
In a bowl, add moong dal paste, 1 tbsp onion, 1/4th chopped green chillies, 1/2 chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp amchur.
Mix well to form a batter like consistency.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture in heated oil and allow it to fry until golden brown.
Serve hot moong dal bhajiya with chutney or sauce.
