- Step 1 Pressure cook 1 tbsp moong dal and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp of oil, 1/2 tsp each of jeera and chopped green chilli.
- Step 3 Then add 1 tbsp of chopped onion and saute for a minute.
- Step 4 Next, add 1/2 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp each of haldi and salt and mix well.
- Step 5 Add cooked moong dal and mix well.
- Step 6 Add required amount of water and cook till the mix thickens.
- Step 7 Garnish with white sesame seeds for a Nestle Twist.
