- Step 1 In a bowl add moong sprouts, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well
