Moong chaat is a quick and simple recipe that gives you instant satiety as this recipe is rich in proteins and fiber.
Take 1.5 tbsp whole moong, sprout and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl to add previously sprouted moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
Further, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
Mix well making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly.
