Moong Chaat Recipe

1.5 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Whole Moong

2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp(0.96 gm) Chaat Masala
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

As Required(250.0 ml) Water
  • Preparation

    Take 1.5 tbsp whole moong, sprout and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl to add previously sprouted moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tbsp chopped coriander.

  • Further, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp chaat masala.

  • Mix well making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly.

  • Serve fresh.
