Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 1 tbsp ghee, 2 cloves, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 5 saffron strand and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Step 3
Add the cooked basmati rice and flavor it with 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
- Step 4
Mix everything nicely
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve hot.
