2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Basmati Rice
2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
5.0 Strand(0.5 gm) Kesar
2.0 Number(0.22 gm) Cloves
1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
Heat kadhai on medium flame, add 1 tbsp ghee, 2 no. cloves, mix nuts, saute well.
Then add 2 tbsp sugar, 5 no. kesar strand, stir till sugar dissolves.
Then add cooked rice, 1/4th tsp elaichi powder, white sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve hot.
