Mixed Vegetable Raita Recipe

Raita is an Indian salad dressed with thick yogurt usually served with parathas / biryani / pulao / mixed rice varieties. Vegetable raita contains multiple veggies so it is high in vitamins, minerals and calcium.

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2 Chopped Tsp(8.0 gm) Cucumber
2 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Onion
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Carrot
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(0.96 gm) Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp(0.88 gm) Jeera Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/8 tsp salt

  • and mix well.

  • Add 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped cucumber

  • Mix well and serve
