Mixed Vegetable Paratha Recipe

Mix vegetable paratha is a layered flatbread made with wheat flour and multiple veggies. This paratha contain lots of vegetables which makes it high in nutrients and it becomes a great meal option.

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Potato (Boiled Mashed)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Peas (Boiled)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cauliflower (Grated)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Carrot (Chopped)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, mix vegetables, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp mango powder, 1/4 tsp red chilies, 1 tsp coriander leaves and water.

  • Knead into a soft dough and make small portions of it.

  • Roll each portion into a paratha.

  • Heat a pan and grease it with 1 tsp ghee, place the paratha and roast on both sides until well cooked.

  • Serve hot with raita.
