Mix vegetable paratha is a layered flatbread made with wheat flour and multiple veggies. This paratha containing lots of vegetables makes it high in vitamins, minerals and a great meal option.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, mix vegetables, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1/4th tsp red chillies, 1 tsp coriander leaves and 50 ml water.
Knead into a soft dough and make small portions of it.
Roll each portion into a paratha.
Heat a griddle and grease it with 1 tsp ghee, place the paratha and roast on both sides until well cooked.
Serve hot with raita.
