Boil 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp beans, 2 tbsp capsicum
Heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp boiled carrot, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp boiled capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled beans, 2 tbsp boiled cauliflower, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp salt
