1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)

1/4 Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

  • Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add 1/4th cup chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th cup chopped tomato.

  • Saute the ingredients well.

  • Now add 1/4th cup mix vegetables,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilli powder and 1/4th tsp hing.

  • Add some water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes.

  • Then, add cooked tur dal and mix well.

  • Cover again and cook for 5 mins more.

  • Garnish the dal with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Sprinkle some mixed seeds for a nutritional twist.
