1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Honey
2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Peanuts
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(0.95 gm) Pudina
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Beet Root
1 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Radish
2 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Radish Leaves
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato

  • In a salad bowl add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped radish, 2 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8th cup julienne cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped beetroot, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves.

  • Add crushed peanuts and 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp grated garlic.

  • Give it a nice toss and serve.
