- Step 1 In a mortar pestle add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Pound everything together
- Step 3 Next, in a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped radish, 2 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped beetroot and mix well
- Step 4 Drizzle the dressing and toss everything together
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 6 Garnish with crushed peanuts and 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds
- Step 7 Serve chilled
