- Step 1 In a bowl, add the dal and sprouts batter, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/8 cup chopped onion, and 1/2 tbsp grated ginger, and mix everything together.
- Step 2 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, then pour in the rice batter and spread it evenly.
