- Step 1 Dry roast 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds and 2 tsp black sesame seeds for 5 mins on low flame.
- Step 2 Cool and partially crush it.
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee and add 1/4 cup jaggery powder
- Step 4 Mix it until the jaggery melts
- Step 5 Add coarse seeds mixture, 1/8 tsp elaichi powder and mix it quickly
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 7 Transfer the chikki mixture to a greased plate
- Step 8 Flatten it using a rolling pin and cut into desired shape
- Step 9 Allow it to cool and enjoy
