Dry roast 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds and 2 tsp black sesame seeds for 5 mins on low flame.
Cool and partially crush it.
In a pan , add 1 tsp ghee, 1/4th cup jaggery powder and mix well.
Stir continuously till jaggery melts completely.
Add 1/8th tsp elaichi powder.
Turn off flame, add the crushed seeds mixture and mix all ingredients till it binds well.
Grease a plate with 1 tsp ghee, add the mix seeds mixture and pat it with a spatula gently.
With a sharp knife, cut them into squares.
Serve.
