- Step 1 Soak 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 3/4 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/4 tbsp white til, 1/4 tbsp black til, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/4 tbsp alsi in water.
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp of each red chilli flakes, thyme, and salt.
- Step 3 Mix everything well
- Step 4 Line a tray with parchment paper and spread thinly.
- Step 5 Bake until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6 Remove from the oven and let it cool slighty
- Step 7 Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container
- Step 8 Enjoy with dip of your choice
