- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp watermelon seeds, 3/4th tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/4th tbsp white til, 1/4th tbsp black til, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/4th tbsp alsi in sufficient water.
- Step 2
Give everything a good stir, add 1/4th tsp of each red chilli flakes, thyme, and salt.
- Step 3
Then split the mixture over a lined baking tray and spread thinly.
- Step 4
Bake for one hour (switching the trays around halfway through), or until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 5
Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then break into irregular shards. Store in an airtight container.
