Mixed Seed Crackers Recipe

Healthy and moreish homemade five seed crackers are a tasty snack by themselves or with your favorite dip.

1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp(0.2 gm) Thyme
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Alsi
1/4 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Black Til
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1/4 Tbsp(3.0 gm) White Til
3/4 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
  • Soak 1 tbsp watermelon seeds, 3/4th tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/4th tbsp white til, 1/4th tbsp black til, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/4th tbsp alsi in sufficient water.

  • Give everything a good stir, add 1/4th tsp of each red chilli flakes, thyme, and salt.

  • Then split the mixture over a lined baking tray and spread thinly.

  • Bake for one hour (switching the trays around halfway through), or until golden brown and crisp.

  • Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then break into irregular shards. Store in an airtight container.
