Mixed Fruit Smoothie With Soy Milk And Honey Recipe

A combination of fruits blended together to a smooth consistency in a base of soy milk making a friendly beverage for all lactose intolerant individuals.

2 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Apple(Chopped)

1/8 Cup(19.0 gm) Fig(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Cup(104.0 ml) Soy Milk
ingredients
1 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender, add 1/8 cup slices of banana, 1/8 cup chopped figs, 2 tbsp roughly 2 tbsp chopped apple, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 th cup soy milk and blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
