Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A healthy non-aerated beverage perfect to add on large amount of fiber, probiotics and essential nutrients required by an individual.

1/8 Cup(19.0 gm) Strawberry(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Apple(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Banana(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Cup(30.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender, add 1/4th cup sliced banana, 1/4th cup roughly chopped apple, 2 tbsp chopped strawberries, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup curd and blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled topped with fruits.
