1/2 Cup(75.0 gm) Muskmelon (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Cup(71.0 gm) Banana (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Walnut (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender, add 1/2 cup each of chopped muskmelon and chopped banana, 2 tsp each of chopped almonds and walnuts, 2 tsp honey to sweeten and 1/2 cup milk.

  • Blend all ingredients well.

  • Serve chilled.
