- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 3 tbsp sugar powder, butter and whisk until smooth
- Step 2 Add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp fruit salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Fold in 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped pineapple, 2 tbsp chopped banana, 2 tbsp chopped apple and 10 black raisins.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 5 Fill each mould about 2/3 full.
- Step 6 Bake the muffins for 1520 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 7 Remove muffins from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 8 Enjoy this treat!
