Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 cup bajra flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/4 tsp salt
- Step 2 Now add 1 tsp oil and little water and mix together all the ingredients
- Step 3 Knead the dough and roll out pooris
- Step 4 Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown and crisp
- Step 5 Serve hot with an accompaniment
