Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 cup bajra flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and a little water and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out pooris.
- Step 3
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 4
Serve hot with any curry or raita.
