- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 cup bajra flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and a little water.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out into round pooris.
- Step 5 Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry until it fluffs up..
- Step 6 Serve hot with any sabji or curry
