1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
1/4 Flour Cup(27.0 ml) Bajra
1/4 Cup(45.0 gm) Rice Flour
1/2 Tsp(0.74 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
6.0 Tbsp(49.0 ml) Oil
60.0 Ml(60.0 ml) Water
In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt. Now add 1 tsp oil and a little water, mix together all the ingredients.
Knead the dough and roll out pooris.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with an accompaniment.
