Mixed Atta Porridge In Water With Ghee & Sugar Recipe

2.0 Flour Tbsp(12.0 ml) Bajra
2.0 Flour Tbsp(9.0 gm) Ragi
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
200.0 Ml(200.0 ml) Water
  • Melt 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1.5 tbsp bajra, 1.5 tbsp ragi and start roasting.

  • Once the 3 grains are roasted, pour in the required amount of water and stir properly.

  • Once all the grains are dissolved properly, add 1 tsp sugar and stir continuously.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly, allow it to simmer for few minutes until the desired consistency is obtained and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with almond and walnut slices.

  • Serve hot.
