Mixed Atta Porridge In Water Recipe

2.0 Flour Tbsp(12.0 ml) Bajra
2.0 Flour Tbsp(9.0 gm) Ragi
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
200.0 Ml(200.0 ml) Water
  • Melt 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1 tbsp besan, 1.5 tbsp bajra, 1.5 tbsp ragi and start roasting.

  • Once the 3 grains are roasted, pour in the required amount of water and stir properly.

  • Once all the grains are dissolved properly, add 1 tsp sugar and stir continuously.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly, allow it to simmer for few minutes until the desired consistency is obtained and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with almond and walnut slices.

  • Serve hot.
