All these very healthy flours mixed together makes up a really healthy and fulfilling dish for kids.
Melt 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1.5 tbsp bajra, 1.5 tbsp ragi and start roasting.
Once the 3 grains are roasted, pour in the required amount of water and stir properly.
Once all the grains are dissolved properly, add 1 tsp sugar and stir continuously.
Making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly, allow it to simmer for few minutes until the desired consistency is obtained and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with almond and walnut slices.
