Steps
- Step 1 PrepreparationBoil 1/2 cup spaghetti and keep aside
- Step 2 For the soupTake and kadhai and melt 2 tsp butter
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp sweet corn and saute well
- Step 4 Once mixed, add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix again
- Step 5 Season it with 1/4th tsp black pepper and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 6 Add a little water and the cooked spaghetti and stir
- Step 7 Mix well and serve hot in a soup bowl
