  • In a blender, add 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped beetroot, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, water as required and blend till smooth.
