Mix Vegetable Dhokla Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1 tbsp sweet corn.

  • For dhokla

    In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup suji, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 1/8th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.

  • Mix well and add 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp fruit salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix well. Keep aside.

  • Grease a plate, pour the prepared mixture and allow it to steam.

  • For tadka

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta leaves and saute.

  • Top the dhoklas with the prepared tadka and serve hot with chutney.
