For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil,add into the 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th cup julienne onion,1/8th cup julienne red capsicum,1/8th cup julienne cabbage,1/8th cup julienne zucchini, and saute it well.
Add into the 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix it and cook it well.
In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp tahini,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar,1 tsp red chili flakes,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix it well
Add into the boiled rice noodles and minced vegetable mixture. Combine all together well.
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve.
