For Pasty Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,15g vegetable shortening,3/4 tsp butter, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Cover and place in a fridge.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp grated cauliflower,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp boiled peas,1.25 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 cup chopped potato, 1 tbsp chopped shalgam,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Take a pasty dough and divide it into an equal portion.
- Step 3 Roll out each portion and fill the stuffing on half the sheet.
- Step 4 Fold and seal each pasty with a fork and fork it on top of the pasty.
- Step 5 Brush 1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk on top of the pasty and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
- Step 6 Serve warm.
