3.0 Flour Tbsp(18.0 gm) Oats
1 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak
1 Grated Tbsp(17.0 gm) Cauliflower
1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
2 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Mozzarella
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(55.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp grated carrot, and 2 tbsp grated cauliflower and saute it well.

  • Transfer in a mixing bowl and add the 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, and 1/4 tsp salt. Combine them all together.

  • Make small round balls and flatten them.

  • Stuffed with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it. Coat with 2 tbsp oats flour.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry nuggets till golden in colour.

  • Serve hot.
