Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp grated carrot, and 2 tbsp grated cauliflower and saute it well
- Step 2 Transfer in a mixing bowl and add the 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 3 Combine them all together
- Step 4 Make small round balls and flatten them
- Step 5 Stuffed with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it
- Step 6 Coat with 2 tbsp oats flour
- Step 7 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry nuggets till golden in colour
- Step 8 Serve hot
