In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp grated carrot, and 2 tbsp grated cauliflower and saute it well.
Transfer in a mixing bowl and add the 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, and 1/4 tsp salt. Combine them all together.
Make small round balls and flatten them.
Stuffed with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it. Coat with 2 tbsp oats flour.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry nuggets till golden in colour.
Serve hot.
