Mix Sprouts Raita Recipe

A usual raita made further more nutritious and protein dense with the addition of a mix of sprouts makes a perfect accompaniment in any meal.

1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a mixing bowl, add mixed sprouts, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped cucumber, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 3 tbsp curd.

  • Mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
