An Italian delicacy famous worldwide and favorite of all. Cooked in a tomato base puree with the flavors of garlic and melting cheese spiced with herbs make a complete meal option.
Boil penne pasta and keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/2 cup milk.
Stir well to avoid lump formation.
Now add 1/8th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp peas, 1/8th cup chopped carrot, 6 broccoli flowrets, 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup sliced baby corn, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder. Saute the sauce.
Add the boiled penne pasta, water, 1 tbsp grated cheese and give a good mix.
Sprinkle 1 tsp oregano and serve hot.
