1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
0.13 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
0.13 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Carrot
0.13 Slice Cup(13.0 gm) Baby Corn
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Boiled Tbsp(11.0 gm) Peas
6.0 Florets(47.0 gm) Broccoli
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(0.55 gm) Oregano
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1.0 Cup(313.0 ml) Water
  • Boil penne pasta and keep aside.

  • In a pan, heat oil and add grated cheese, chopped garlic, chopped onion, corn flour and Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Stir well to avoid lump formation.

  • Now add salt, tomato puree, peas, chopped carrot, broccoli flowrets, chopped yellow capsicum, sliced baby corn, black pepper powder. Saute the sauce.

  • Add the boiled penne pasta, water, grated cheese and give a good mix.

  • Sprinkle oregano and serve hot.
