- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp finely chopped pista, 1/2 tbsp finely chopped almonds, 1/8 tsp elaichi powder
- Step 2 Mix well and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan, pour in 2 cups Nestlé A+ Milk and bring it to a boil.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, stirring gently until the Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdles and separates into whey and chhena.
- Step 5 Strain the mixture using a muslin cloth, rinse the chhena under cold water to remove the lemon flavor, and squeeze out excess water.
- Step 6 Hang it for 2030 minutes to drain completely.
- Step 7 Knead the chhena for 57 minutes until smooth and soft. Divide it into small portions.
- Step 8 Flatten each portion, place a small amount of nut filling in the center, and gently seal and roll it into a smooth ball and set aside
- Step 9 In n a wide pan, boil a cup of water water and 2 tbsp sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding saffron
- Step 11 Add the stuffed chhena balls to the boiling syrup, cover, and cook for 1520 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 12 Ensure the balls have enough space to expand while cooking.
- Step 13 Allow the rasgullas to cool in the syrup.
- Step 14 Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy the soft and nutty stuffed rasgullas!
