- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a bowl add 2 tbsp mawa,1/2 tbsp chopped pista,1/2 tbsp chopped almonds,1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp elaichi powder, and combine all together.
- Step 2
Make a small round ball and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Rasgulla
To make rasgullas, add 2 cups of Nestlé A+ Milk in a pan, let it boil.
- Step 4
Add 11/2 tsp lemon juice and stir it continuously to let the Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdle.
- Step 5
Mix well, remove from heat, and strain the Nestlé A+ Curdled Nestlé A+ Milk using a muslin cloth to drain out the whey.
- Step 6
Transfer the paneer into a bowl, rub and knead till it softens.
- Step 7
Roll into smooth mediumsized balls then flatten it and stuff mawa stuffing and make a smooth round shape balls.
- Step 8
For Chashni
heat 2 cups of water, 2.5 tbsp sugar powder, and 1 green elaichi in a pan.
- Step 9
Now, slowly drop the prepared rasgullas into the simmering liquid.
- Step 10
cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 min.
- Step 11
Remove from heat, allow to cool and serve.
